As you plan your visit to the arena, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the most of your experience. We've put together this "know before you go" guide, which includes important tips to help you enjoy your time at Kia Center.

VIP Package: If you have VIP GA Early Entry, please line up outside the Disney Atrium. (The Atrium is located on Church Street and is the main entrance into the arena.) Guests with this package will enter the building at 6 p.m.

GA Floor Ticket Holders: If you have General Admission tickets to Sam Smith, we will be allowing guests to line-up outside the arena at 7 a.m. Camping overnight will not be allowed. 

All other VIP Package holders will enter Kia Center at 7 p.m. through any door and go to Section 106 for their merchandise.

The 27-city headline outing kicks off on July 25 in Miami, FL and include shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden (August 8) and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA (August 31). Jessie Reyez, who is featured on Smith’s forthcoming album, “Gloria,” is the special guest on all dates except August 4.
