Accessible Parking

Convenient accessible parking is located in the GEICO Garage, which is adjacent to Kia Center. Patrons using the GEICO Garage may access Kia Center via the 5th-floor pedestrian bridge, which connects to the Terrace Level (Level 3). Elevators provide access to all floors of the garage. There are also available parking spaces in surface lots and garages in the area surrounding Kia Center.

We recommend reserving ADA parking in advance at Ticketmaster.com.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair accessible and three-companion seats are available at locations throughout Kia Center, offering patrons the choice of price flexibility, diverse amenities and different views. Seating locations vary depending on particular events. It is important to indicate when buying tickets if you require wheelchair accessible seating.

Advance Ticket Sales

The Kia Center box office sells tickets for all events during regular hours of operation (Monday-Friday / 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.). The Kia Center box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When purchasing tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, select the blue wheelchair icon to filter for available ADA seats.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available for loan at Kia Center Guest Assistance stations located on the north-end Terrace Level (Level 3), near section 111, and Promenade Level (Level 5), near section 219. Patrons are required to leave a valid, government-issued photo ID at Guest Assistance when reserving a device.

Elevators

Kia Center has 14 accessible elevators available for patrons:

  • There are six (6) accessible public elevators, located in the NE, NW and SW corners of the building. These elevators provide access to all levels.
  • There are two (2) accessible elevators on the east side of the building, providing service to the Founders, Terrace, and Mezzanine Levels.
  • There are two (2) accessible elevators on the west side of the building, which services the Event, Founders, Terrace, and Mezzanine Levels.
  • There are also four (4) accessible elevators in the NE, NW, SE and SW corners of the Club Level that provide access from the Club Level down to the loge and club seating areas.

Interpretive Services

If you would like to request interpretive services while attending an event at the Kia Center, please contact us at 407.440.7900 (click option 1 then option 1 again) or email us at boxoffice@orlandovenues.zendesk.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

Sensory Sensitivity Resources

As the first NBA arena in Florida certified by KultureCity as Sensory Inclusive, Kia Center offers the following for patrons with sensory processing needs during events:

  • Sensory bags, weighted lap pads and photo-sensitivity glasses, which can be checked-out at guest services for no cost. Bags include a special badge for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-canceling headphones and other resources.

Service Animals

Service animals are animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring their service animals inside Kia Center. Service animals may not use additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat.

Strobe Lighting

Strobe lights may be in use during many events at Kia Center, including Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears games. Patrons with epilepsy or are susceptible to other visual light stimulation effects are advised to contact Kia Center before entry.

Wireless Streaming Captions (Closed Captioning)

Kia Center provides wireless streaming captions of Orlando Magic games. To reserve your wireless streaming captions service, please contact Kia Center at 407.440.7900.

A mobile device can access live, real-time coverage of every spoken word over the PA system, using Kia Center’s Wi-Fi network, by using our stream reader.

Devices are available for loan at either one of the Guest Assistance stations located on the north end of the Terrace Level (Level 3), at Section 111, and Promenade Level (Level 5), at Section 219. Patrons are required to leave a driver's license or government-issued photo ID card at Guest Assistance when checking out a device.

Wheelchair Escorts

Kia Center provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to patrons with special needs upon request. Escort service is available from your point-of-entry into the arena, to your seat location. At the end of the event, you are escorted to your point-of-exit. Please note that neither staff nor the wheelchair remains with you for the duration of the event. Wheelchair escorts are not available outside of the arena.

Patrons may make requests once inside the arena through an Kia Center staff member. Advance requests are not available
