What are the policies surrounding prohibited items and bag check?

Bags will not be permitted at Kia Center events. Guests are permitted to bring one small clutch that is 4.5" x 6.5" x 1" or less. Medical and parent bags (max. 14" x 14" x 6") are exceptions but will be subject to X-ray at designated locations for entry to Kia Center.

Binbox is available for fans whose bags do not comply with facility regulations. Binbox will be positioned outside near Big Storm Brewery off Church St. and Division Ave. Guests may reserve a locker to check their belongings for a small fee. Security personnel will be present to check the bags, and Binbox staff will be on site at each location to troubleshoot any website/app issues for purchases.

Are children required to have a valid ticket?

For Orlando Magic home games, children less than 36” tall do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult’s lap.

For Orlando Predator home games, children less than 36” tall do not need a ticket, provided the child sits on an adult’s lap.

For other Kia Center events, children UNDER two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. (Age limit subject to change based on show promoter policy).

There is no 'minimum age requirement' to attend an event at the Kia Center.

Are ticket takers able to scan a digital ticket on my smartphone?

Yes. You do not need to provide a paper copy of your ticket if you already have a digital ticket. Upon arrival at your event, locate your tickets on your smartphone, present your barcode to the ticket taker, they'll scan it – and now you're ready to enjoy your event.

Are tickets purchased through third-party websites valid?

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the validity of tickets purchased via third-party websites. We encourage all patrons to buy tickets directly from Ticketmaster, the only authorized ticketing partner for Kia Center.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes. Lose something? Visit our lost and found page to learn more about being reunited with your missing item(s).

How do I drop off/pick up a guest?

Visit the designated pick-up and drop-off spot located at the corner of Hughey Avenue & Pine Street, closest to the northeast corner of the arena. This location is available for all guest pick-up and drop-off needs.

How do I buy tickets?

We encourage you to buy tickets directly from Ticketmaster.com, our authorized ticketing partner. You may also purchase tickets in-person by visiting the Kia Center box office on Church Street.

Are cameras allowed into Kia Center?

Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears games: Non-flash, still cameras may be used. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than three (3) inches are prohibited from all sporting events. Tripods or other photography equipment may not be used or admitted without building-issued media credentials.
 

All other events: Cameras with a detachable lens or lenses longer than three (3) inches are prohibited, without a tour-issued media credential.

I have special dietary restrictions. Can I bring my own food or beverages inside Kia Center?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. However, individual exceptions for medical purposes may be made to this policy.

When do doors open for a show?

In general, doors open to the public (1) hour before the printed event time on your ticket.

How can I get a birthday/anniversary message on the video board?

For other events, message requests are not able to be fulfilled. 

How do I report an issue or an incident?

To report an incident, you may:

Are there places close to the arena to eat or get drinks before/after an event?
