FONSECA ANNOUNCES ANTES QUE EL TIEMPO SE VAYA TOUR
Renowned Colombian singer-songwriter Fonseca, a nine-time Latin GRAMMY® winner and one of the most prominent voices in Latin music, today announced his highly anticipated international Antes Que El Tiempo Se Vaya Tour, a new chapter in his career that will bring songs from his latest album to the stage, alongside the greatest hits that have accompanied generations of fans. The 24-date tour kicks off on Sunday, November 15, in El Salvador, SV and makes his debut performance at Orlando’s Kia Center on Sunday, April 11, 2027. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, October 19, at 10 a.m. ET.
There are multiple pre-sales for the Antes Que El Tiempo Se Vaya Tour, including the Kia Center and Loud And Live pre-sales, which run Saturday, October 17, at 10 a.m. ET until Monday, October 19, at 9 a.m. ET.
Fonseca’s international tour kicks off with a milestone celebration on Saturday, October 24, at Bogotá’s sold-out El Campín Stadium. More than just a concert at one of Colombia’s most iconic venues, this opening night is a triumphant homecoming. It is a chance for the artist to reconnect with his roots and celebrate a remarkable two-decade musical journey right where his story began.
“I’m incredibly excited and grateful for everything this international tour has in store and for the opportunity to reconnect with my audience in so many countries and share the songs that have shaped my journey,” said Fonseca. “Starting at home in Bogotá in such an iconic venue as El Campín, makes this tour even more meaningful. I’m especially excited to perform ‘Antes Que El Tiempo Se Vaya’ live, an album that is deeply personal to me and to see these songs come to life alongside the audience. It will be a celebration of music, our stories, and everything we still have left to sing together.”
The Antes Que El Tiempo Se Vaya Tour takes its name from Fonseca’s 11th studio album, a 12-track production that Fonseca describes as one of the most personal works of his career. Intimate, honest and deeply connected to his roots, the album reflects a period of artistic maturity in which experience, emotions and the need to live in the present become the common thread running through its songs.
The album features collaborations with acclaimed artists from a range of generations and musical backgrounds, including Juanes, Rawayana, Rubén Blades, Manuel Medrano, Río Roma and Nanpa Básico, bringing together diverse styles expanding Fonseca’s sonic universe while preserving the essence that has defined his career.
The release also arrives at a time of significant recognition for the artist. “Antes Que El Tiempo Se Vaya” received a Latin GRAMMY® nomination for Best Contemporary Tropical Album and a nomination for Tropical Album of the Year at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Additionally, the songs “VENGA Lo Que VENGA” and “Nunca Me Fui” were nominated for a Latin GRAMMY® in the Best Tropical Song category.
These accolades reinforce the album’s significance within Latin music and accompany a new creative chapter in which Fonseca aims to bring his songs to the stage with renewed energy, production matching his musical vision and the intimate connection characterizing his live performances.
Known for his energetic, emotional performances and strong connection with audiences, Fonseca has built a solid reputation as a live performer. His ability to move between tropical music, pop and traditional Colombian sounds transforms every concert into a celebration where his greatest hits and newest compositions come together.
