Stevie B., recognized as the King of Freestyle, is a singer, songwriter and producer who was influential in the Latin freestyle music scene of the late ‘80s. He is best known for his number-one ballad “Because I Love You,” as well as party jams “Spring Love” and “Party Your Body.” His other notable hits are “I Wanna Be The One” and “Dreaming of Love.”

Lisa Lisa rose to fame with the certified gold single “I Wonder If I Take You Home,” which was released along with her band Cult Jam. Her other huge follow-up hits include, “Can You Feel The Beat,” "Head To Toe,” “Lost In Emotion” and the smash ballad “All Cried Out.” She remains one of the most played ‘80s and ‘90s artists on the radio today.

TKA is the best-selling American Latin freestyle trio in history and is widely considered the most prominent and successful freestyle bands. The ensemble dominated the late ‘80s and early ‘90s freestyle scene. Their highest-charting hits on the U.S. Dance charts include “Tears May Fall” (#6), “Come Get My Love (#8) and “Scars of Love” (#25). Among the groups other hits are “Louder Than Love,” “One Way Love” and “Give Your Love to Me.”

The Cover Girls, the pioneering freestyle group, achieved major success with their Billboard charting hits “Show Me” (1987), their biggest hit and is cited as the definitive freestyle song; “Because of You” (1987), showcased their signature dance-pop sound and “Inside Out” (1988), a follow-up single that solidified their status in the late ‘80s and were considered the cornerstones of freestyle. They followed up with a string of hits including, “Because of You,” “My Heart Skips A Beat,” “Wishing on a Star” and “Promise Me.”

Judy Torres, a New York-born freestyle and dance-pop singer, is widely recognized as the New York Queen of Freestyle and is one of the most-acclaimed and enduring freestyle music artists of all time. Torres scored major club hits with songs like “Please Stay Tonight,” “No Reason to Cry” and “Come into My Arms.”

George Lamond is a prominent freestyle artist and salsa singer in the 1990s and widely known for his powerhouse vocals and high-energy performances. In addition to his chart-topping success on the Billboard Hot 100, in 1993 he released his first Spanish-language album, “Creo En Ti,” which produced two top 15 Billboard Latin singles, “Baby, Creo En Ti” and “No Morira.” In 1999, he released his RIAA-certified gold album “Entrega,” which delivered the smash lead single, “Que Te Vas.”
